Daniel’s policy is to make an initial interview available to you free of charge, in part to encourage you to speak freely about your situation. This meeting might be expected to last between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on what your particular situation calls for. The important thing is to lay a firm foundation for Daniel’s understanding of your situation, both in terms of the facts at issue, and your perspective regarding those facts.
You can reach Daniel Sobel to schedule a meeting:
by phone at 360-510-7816, or via email at danielsobel@gmail.com.
Either at the end of this first meeting, or thereafter, you and Daniel can come to an agreement regarding whether he will represent you. To avoid any confusion, Daniel will not enter into a representation except via a writing, signed by both you and he, which makes it clear that he is agreeing to represent you.
If you make an appointment to meet with Daniel in Bellingham, the meeting will take place on the fourth floor of the Crown Plaza building, located at 114 West Magnolia Street. There is a receptionist on the fourth floor who will let Daniel know when you have arrived.
