Daniel Sobel practices Family Law because that is the field in which he feels he can do the most good for his clients.

People who need a family lawyer are often at pivotal moments in their lives, and sometimes in the lives of their children as well. A family lawyer has a responsibility to provide excellent guidance, level-headed counsel, and diligent and compassionate representation, and this is a responsibility Daniel embraces.

Bellingham, WA 98225

Daniel’s policy is to make an initial consultation available to you free of charge, in part to encourage you to speak freely about your situation. This meeting is expected to last between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on what your particular situation calls for. The important thing is to lay a firm foundation for Daniel’s understanding of your situation, both in terms of the facts at issue, and your perspective regarding those facts.

Either at the end of this first meeting, or thereafter, you and Daniel can come to an agreement regarding whether he will represent you. To avoid any confusion, Daniel will not enter into a representation except via a document, signed by both you and him, which makes it clear that he is agreeing to represent you.

If you make an appointment to meet with Daniel in Bellingham, the meeting will take place in his office at 1903 Broadway.
