People who need a family lawyer are often at pivotal moments in their lives, and sometimes in the lives of their children as well. A family lawyer has a responsibility to provide excellent guidance, level-headed counsel, and diligent and compassionate representation, and this is a responsibility Daniel embraces.

From the initial consultation on, Daniel is focused on understanding your perspective, and ensuring that his representation matches your situation.

Daniel will help you to identify and build areas of agreement with the other party where possible. When it is an option, building agreements can be cost effective, and increase the predictability and stability of your divorce or other family law matter’s resolution.

Daniel will also work with you to identify parts of your case that may need to be readied for argument before the judge, and develop the arguments and evidence needed to defend your interests and effectively present your case to the court. Being well prepared to get a favorable court resolution, when a court resolution is what is coming, is crucial.

As a sole practitioner, Daniel will personally handle every aspect of your case. He can be reached directly via phone or e-mail during or after standard business hours. You will be able to set meetings with Daniel before or after your work hours, or on the weekends.

If you would like to set up a free initial consultation, or if you have any questions about that process, feel free to call Daniel at (360) 510-7816 or e-mail danielsobel@gmail.com.
